日月光罰太低？ 郝：應較嚴格處罰

日月光強酸廢水偷排後勁溪，高雄市政府開罰60萬元，遭外界質疑罰款金額太低，廠商可能罰不怕。台北市長郝龍斌11日下午表示，廠商明知故犯，本來就應採取比較嚴格的查察和處罰標準。

郝龍斌說，查察是地方政府應負起的責任，不定時抽查非常重要，尤其是針對有偷排、偷放前科的廠商。他進一步指出，最重要的還是廠商、業者要自律，尤其是重視企業形象的廠商，對於環境保護、永續經營，都應負起企業的社會責任。
