在飯店使用JCB贈送利木津回程票券辦法?

大家好~這次是我第一次出國旅遊的小菜菜
想請教大家關於JCB所贈送利木津回程票部分~~

關於此票券有稍微爬文一下，有人說可以透過飯店的利木津服務台並在前一天進行登記劃位。
我這趟旅遊所住宿的飯店為【新宿太陽道廣場大飯店】，查詢了一下是可以在櫃檯進行預約巴士，但一直沒查到相關資料說可以透過JCB所贈的木津回程票來進行劃位，想請教各位是否有在此飯店成功使用此券並劃位?

另外也想請教，目前此券在成田機場去程時在利木津服務處直接辦理回程時間並劃位是否可行?(爬文發現似乎不能@@) 是否有通中文的服務人員?
