新任台北市長柯文哲與其市府團隊將在25日上任，而郝市府團隊即將卸任，近日市府各局處皆舉辦局長歡送會。北市教育局長林奕華在23日舉辦歡送會，而他近日處理過最大的爭議事件，當然是十二年國教。
