苗栗大埔案引發部分人民及團體長期抗爭，行政院長江宜樺今（25）日在行政院會中表示遺憾，並要求內政部及警政署同仁，在處理陳情抗議事件時，除了要符合相關法律規定外，也務必注意執法的態度和技巧。

江宜樺說，前兩天因民眾表達方式較強烈，造成警方與民眾推擠衝突，甚至有民眾受傷流血，他對此不幸的發展感到十分遺憾。

江宜樺表示，在民主法治的國家，人民有表達不同意見的權利，只要是採取合法理性的方式，政府都應該予以充分尊重。

他呼籲準備繼續抗爭的民眾團體，在表達意見時要尊重集會遊行法等相關規範，盡量以民主方式表達訴求。

此外，江宜樺要求內政部及警政署同仁，在處理陳情抗議事件時，除了要符合相關法律規定外，也務必注意執法的態度和技巧，絕對不要因執法過當而引起進一步不必要的爭議，畢竟台灣的自由民主得來不易，政府更有責任全力維護意見表達的自由，不管各界看法如何，在整個意見表達和處理上，一定要盡量和平理性。
