電腦硬碟是否該換了...?

大家好~

如題目,我的硬碟是否該換了??

以下是我桌電的配備
作業系統　Win7家用進階版　32位元
CPU　Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400
主機板　EG31M
記憶體　2G兩條
顯示卡　HD-6670
硬碟　ST31000528AS ATA Device
電供　沒記錯應該是350W

Win7效能分數裡,除了主要硬碟5.9分,其餘都有7分

1.請問我在讀取英雄聯盟時,跑很慢是因為硬碟的關係嗎..?

2.想問看看大家這樣子硬碟要換掉嗎?

不換的話又有甚麼好的意見呢?!

3.還有我這主機板的RAM最多支援到4G吧?

不曉得能不能換成4G兩條呢(跑雙通道...? (前提是作業系統升級到64位元

4.其他問題是換硬碟更深入的問題了QQ (假如要換的話
