菲特使培瑞茲道歉 洪：不滿意但可接受

馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處（MECO）理事主席培瑞斯今天下午抵達屏東琉球鄉公所，正式召開記者會，向洪家和台灣正式道歉，也給洪家一個正式致歉信函，但未公開。

培瑞斯表示，他是經由菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世授權，親自向洪石成家屬表達總統及菲律賓人民深切的遺憾與歉意，同時，菲國調查局也會將本案交由菲律賓國家檢察署依法處理，菲國司法部也會盡速起訴相關人等。

洪慈綪表示，對這次菲國派代表致歉，「可以接受但不是百分之百滿意」。她原本期望台灣媒體可以發揮犀利的詢問技巧，釐清菲國對此案件的一些看法，無奈菲律賓代表團並不接受訪問。

至於賠償部分，洪家委任律師陳峰富說，台菲雙方有簽訂保密協議，因此金額及相關細節部分不便透露。
