醫師公會全聯會秘書長蔡明忠表示，不管是瘦肉精美牛案、三聚氰胺毒奶粉案、塑化劑添加物等食品安全大事，還是蔬果農藥、肉品動物用藥殘留等例行抽測，林杰樑醫師幾乎無役不與，近年來已與台灣食品安全防護網劃上等號。
