【施旖婕/綜合外電報導】菲律賓才受到海燕颱風重創，但災後救災及重建工作才正要開始，一個熱帶低氣壓目前正在接近菲律賓，預計會為菲律賓帶來豪大雨量，可能讓救災工作更加艱困。

目前菲國有多處學校停課，救難活動也正在進行中，不過聯合國悲觀估計，死者恐怕會超過1萬人。
