國防部：軍中禁閉室 恢復運作

立法院司法與法制委員會上午審議陸海空軍刑法第44條條文修正草案、陸海空軍服制條例修正草案等條文，國防部總督察長夏復華上午在會中表示，國軍有9所禁閉室已重新開放運作，但至今沒有單位送訓士兵到禁閉室，這其間有人犯錯，但並未送禁閉室，而以其他方式處分。
