台北101取代新光摩天大樓15年地王寶座

台北市地政局今天表示，隨著捷運信義線通車，百貨商場、知名國際飯店及企業總部等陸續進駐，帶動信義商圈地價快速成長，眾所矚目的台北市2014年地王，首次由台北101大樓榮登寶座，中止新光摩天大樓連續15年蟬聯地王紀錄。

地政局表示，2014年台北101大樓公告土地現值為每平方公尺152萬元（每坪502萬4,793元），與2013年公告土地現值每平方公尺129萬9,000元（每坪4,29萬4,215元）相較上漲17.01%。

地王新光摩天大樓2014年公告土地現值為每平方公尺1,50萬9,621元（每坪499萬483元），與2013年公告土地現值每平方公尺1,32萬5,580元（每坪4,38萬2,083元）相較上漲13.88%。

地政局說，由於未來站前商圈及信義商圈發展仍各具利基，新光摩天大樓能否重返地王寶座，仍視後續發展而定。
