是這樣的 我一個中部的親戚發生車禍 對方酒測超過標準 而且衝到親戚這邊的車道 兩人相撞後對方昏迷不醒 對方家屬提告後 本想說這個應該我方穩贏的才對 結果法官說要賠對方錢 有沒有擅長處理這種案件的律師可以介紹呢 感恩 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 182.234.152.241
