BBC：烏克蘭總統不反對全國公投

英國廣播公司報導，烏克蘭代理總統圖奇諾夫14日譴責俄羅斯的「侵略」，但他對國內示威者要求舉行的全國公投表示支持。圖奇諾夫說，基輔「不反對」針對國家的未來舉行投票。

圖奇諾夫說：「我們不反對舉行全國公投，我確信絕大多數烏克蘭人將支持一個不分裂、獨立、民主、統一的烏克蘭。」

烏克蘭東部親俄民眾要求舉行地方性公投，藉此增加地方權限或選擇加入俄羅斯聯邦的權利，但基輔市多數民眾及該國西部以烏克蘭語占多數的地區，反對烏國改為聯邦制。
