習近平晉升4解放軍上將軍銜

解放軍報報導，中共中央軍委11日在北京八一大樓，隆重舉行晉升上將軍銜儀式；中央軍委主席習近平向晉升上將軍銜的軍官頒發命令狀。此次晉升上將軍銜的4位軍官是：副總參謀長戚建國，瀋陽軍區司令員王教成、政治委員褚益民，廣州軍區政治委員魏亮。
