浙商銀行籌備H股上市

據21世紀網報導，在浙江省政府推動下，浙商銀行已於去年下半年啟動來港上市計畫 。

浙江省政府此前已擬定「十二五」期間，力推浙商銀行、浙商證券、永安期貨等三家浙江企業上市。

而浙江省委組織部宣布，沈仁康不再擔任衢州市市長職務，調任浙商銀行擔任黨委委員、書記，意味浙商銀行新一輪管理層變動已開始。

接掌浙商銀行帥印並不輕鬆。作為較晚成立的全大陸第12家股份制商業銀行，浙商銀行近幾年業績上，相對其他股份行一直處於追趕狀態，資產和網點擴張帶來的風險控制、資本壓力等均不容小覷。
