衛生福利部金門醫院增設心血管照護中心、推中風防治計畫，降低病患緊急醫療後送率，也讓急性冠心症醫療在地化。

金門縣醫療照護發展基金會今天召開審查會，由縣長李沃士主持。金門醫院提出心血管照護中心設置期程及推動中風防治計畫經費，照護中心預計明年2月完成，防治中風計畫今年底完成。

金門醫院指出，去年軍機轉診後送病患344人次，直昇機緊急轉診後送88人，其中中風、心臟血管病變病患31人。直升機緊急後送耗時4、5個小時，且每趟直升機後送新台幣40多萬元，也要交通補助費。

照護中心完成後，可對心肌梗塞病患施行心導管手術。防治中風計畫透過宣導、醫護人員訓練、注射血栓溶解劑等，降低中風率。(中央社)
