陽光毒辣還是熱　防曬多喝水

中央氣象局指出，仍受到太平洋高壓影響，陽光毒辣還是熱，大台北將估達36℃，提醒做好防曬。

氣象局表示，今天上午全台仍是晴到多雲、高溫炎熱的天氣，各地在中午前後最高溫大多在33到35℃之間，陽光強烈紫外線指數易達到過量或危險級，多補充水分防中暑。

中午過後要留意熱對流的發展，出現午後熱對流的區域以山區為主，提防瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲等現象。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
