中秋連假收假日　國5雪隧北上大塞車

今天是中秋連假收假日，國5雪隧北上交通是大塞車，國5坪林行控中心主任馮張斌說：今上午近10時起，北上車潮出現，啟動匝道儀控，上午10至9時的2433輛次，是今天至傍晚最高量，雪隧內車速40公里上下，而宜蘭4個交流道口回堵2至1公里長。
 
下午3點前，用路人避免北上高乘載管，提前上路，雪隧北上南口一度回堵8公里長，估計今天一整天，上車流會有4萬輛次，今晚上10時車潮才會紓緩。（游芳男／宜蘭報導）
