電源供應器換了不能開機

我之前為了要買顯卡而去北門路先買了顆電源供應器,廠牌好像是叫雷克特,是450瓦,代理商好像叫大衛肯尼,而我是照著原本的那顆電源供應器去插線的,但插完以後也鎖完螺絲了,按電源時卻一片寂靜,就像是完全沒有電一樣,而我也把後面的供應器開關開到 一 了,但就是沒動,而我也有做那個迴紋針測試,風扇確實有在轉,希望各位大大能救救我.而我這台電腦是acer的
另外,那台電源供應器後面有個紅色東西,可以拉上來又壓下去,請問那個有關係嗎??
