瑕疵品賣給台灣　高鐵向德商求償

高鐵轉轍器在今年進入「大出包期」，先後12次故障，頻頻造成誤點。現在病因找到了！
 
今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，交通部長葉匡時表示，高鐵體檢結果出爐，德商西門子坦承轉轍器的微動開關不良率偏高，是因為台灣買到了瑕疵零件。
 
台灣高鐵發言人徐宜中指出，與西門子討論後發現，微動開關的接點有粒子雜質，容易短路造成故障，而這類汙染通常是零件製作過程中所產生，也就是高鐵買到一批不良品。已陸續將60多個微動開關更換，並按合約向西門子求償。
 
但可別以為高鐵從此高枕無憂，台灣的潮溼氣候對來自歐陸的零件仍有負面影響，高鐵公司強調，會想辦法持續改善。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
