警抄兵工廠嫌犯丟槍 膛炸嚇壞鄰

警方緝毒，常聽到會有毒犯將毒品倒入馬桶企圖湮滅證據，但如果是地下兵工廠時，嫌犯又該如何脫罪自保呢？桃園居然有一名嫌犯，好傻好天真，面對警方攻堅，直接把所有改造槍枝與零件，一股腦往窗外丟，卻意外造成手槍膛炸，嚇壞附近鄰居。

民眾拍下，地上隨處可見零散的槍枝以及零件，遮雨棚上有被槍砸破的兩個大洞，甚至有人還被手槍膛炸巨大聲響嚇了一跳。大白天，居然有槍械從天而降！

桃園龜山分局偵查隊副隊長吳清妙：「他就湮滅證據把所有的改造槍枝，通通丟到樓下，從八樓丟到樓下天井下面。」

桃園警方接獲線報，一名王姓嫌犯購買大量的玩具槍在住處改造槍支，警方在他住處埋伏一個多星期，但要攻入住處時，嫌犯卻隔門與警方對峙，甚至將槍枝上膛，場面一度緊張。

最好笑的是，嫌犯居然趁亂，把改造的槍枝與零件往窗外丟，天真以為可以藉此湮滅罪證，但卻被鄰居拍下照片，總共5把槍枝、子彈26顆以及槍管、滑套等半成品，到最後還是賴也賴不掉！（民視新聞賴國彬桃園報導）
