承包蘇花改工程的營造公司傳出財務問題，已3個月未發出工資，花蓮縣長傅崐萁今天表示，擔心因此影響工程進度，要求公路總局蘇花改工程處儘快處理。

傅崐萁今天視察蘇花公路改善工程，前往蘇花公路觀音隧道北口及谷風隧道新建工程，瞭解施工進度。

蘇花公路每逢颱風或豪雨就落石坍方，政府為給花蓮民眾一條安全回家的路，民國100年動工蘇花改工程，分別為蘇澳到東澳段長9.7公里，南澳和平段20公里，和中大清水段9.1公里。

交通部公路總局蘇花公路改善工程處副處長李宗仁簡報表示，工程中包含路堤、橋梁、隧道等，由榮工工程、福清營造、新亞建設、泛亞工程、工信工程及介興營造等承包，各項工程有超前、落後不一，仍預定於民國106年全線完工。

傅崐萁聽完簡報後表示，傳出有承包公司發生財務問題，有工程人員3個月未領到薪水，是否會影響工程進度，甚至影響到民眾對蘇花改工程品質的信心。

李宗仁指出，年初聽聞介興營造財務出狀況，今天正巧收到正式來函，已準備按契約與其結案，另外再發包。他說，介興營造所承包的中仁隧道工程，工程進度目前稍微落後3%。(中央社)
