健保費率調降？ 衛福部：目前沒計畫

媒體報導健保財務甚為樂觀，健保可望調降費率，但衛生福利部社會保險司司長曲同光稍早否認，並表示「沒有調降費率這回事。」

曲同光表示，二代健保採收支連動，健保署近期正在整理財務收支，擬定財務平衡報告送交全民健保會討論；他說，財務平衡報告最快本月，最慢這個月底才會送交健保會討論，如果有調降費率計畫，也需要經過健保會審議通過後，衛福部謹慎評估後實施。

根據健保法規定，健保安全準備金低於一個月或高於三個月，就可望調整一般保費費率，目前已累積2.5個月，明年可望超過3個月；但曲同光表示，明年安全準備超過3個月，但健保支出仍會持續上升，「目前費率沒有變動計畫。」
