        要先找到賣家才行, 由於你現在走的是刑事路線, 承辦單位為地檢署。那要等檢察官抓到人, 並進行起訴, 你會被以證人的方式傳喚。那刑事法庭的檢察官不會幫你追討被詐欺的款項, 但會對嫌疑人提出告訴, 那嫌疑人可以請律師幫忙辯護。最後由刑事法庭審判嫌疑人的判決, 除非嫌疑人提出抗告。

        那要追回款項要去民事法庭, 等刑事法庭的檢察官找到犯人並確立犯罪現實, 你可以立即向民事法庭申請對犯人進行假扣押，以免脫產。並向犯人提出民事賠償, 由法院進行強制執行的賠償。當然如果犯人願意私下償還或賠償, 你可以取消民事法庭的告訴。如果不願意, 你就提出告訴。

       刑事法庭是國家對人民提告, 你不可以干涉檢察官的提告或不提告。民事法庭是人民對人民提告, 你有提告跟不提告的權利。
