win 7 小畫家 如何只變更背景大小 圖片大小不變動

因工作需要將身分駕照正面與反面掃描圖檔合併為一
以往我都是用小畫家先打開正面的圖檔
再用【屬性】功能去更改像素的長度
此時只有白色背景會變更大小
在上面的圖片是不會變更的
之後我再將反面的圖檔貼上在正面的右邊
也就是變更長度後多出的部分
就可儲存成為一個圖檔

但是最近使用的系統換成win7
win7小畫家沒有【屬性】這個選項
只有【調整大小】
但使用【調整大小】變更像素長度時
圖片會同時變更長度
沒辦法只更改白色背景的大小

請問有大大能理解我意思幫我解決這問題嗎？
