不滿結拜兄弟調戲女友 毆成殘

新竹34歲李姓男子不滿鄭姓結拜兄弟調戲女友「拿3000元帶妳開房間」，前年夥同另4人將鄭男打成重傷，腦傷後遺症包括肢體癱瘓、失去語言能力等，幾乎成殘廢，人生因此變調，新竹地院依重傷害罪判李男5年半徒刑。

吳姓、梁姓共犯判4年半徒刑。羅姓共犯去年死亡檢察官作不起訴處分，張姓共犯則是車禍腦出血，無法到庭，法院裁定停止審判。

偵審時，李男否認重傷害犯意，說是太氣憤一時衝動想教訓對方，沒想到打成那麼嚴重。他說，想到兩人交情深厚，對方竟動女友歪腦筋，難以嚥下這口氣才出手。
