已經有過兩次了，在菜市場買了全雞一整隻，回到家煮湯後，每塊雞肉吃起來不管是肉或是皮，都是脆脆的，到底他們是摻了什麼材料，會讓雞的肉質變這樣？，這樣的雞肉吃起來對人體有沒有傷害？請好心的大大能不吝告知，謝謝！
