2張顯卡抉擇

小弟目前使用nvidia GT610-2GD3, 平常有時間會玩一下新楓之谷 : D
最近想換新的顯卡, 自己有在網路上挑了2張顯示卡, 想請各位幫忙比較!

1. Gigabyte n730 2GD5 (64bit) 供電需求:300W

2. Gigabyte n740 2GD3 (128bit) 供電需求:350W

想請教各位~
1. 在容量都是2GB的前提下, D5(64bit)跟D3(128bit), 哪個比較好?
2. n730的評價跟實用性如何? 供電只要300W, 會不會影響效能?

另外想請教精通電腦的各位, 更換新的顯示卡之前, 有什麼事前準備工作?
(聽說要先把舊的顯卡驅動程式移除......)
