怎麼畫動漫人物?

我最近想自己學畫動漫人物
因為我美術課畫畫相似度大概才4成...
我要畫神代利世畫到變阿璃

我都是直接看著圖然後畫上去
我有很會畫的朋友是先描個大概之後再加深

畫畫該拿哪種紙畫比較好?
筆該買哪種自動鉛筆還是一般考試2B鉛筆?
現在好像文具店都找不到描圖紙了
然後我一個人畫畫才敢大膽動筆有別人在我就不敢下筆
這是沒自信嗎?
