地方制度法修正，立院明審查

去年底全台議長選舉因亮票引發爭議，民進黨主張修改「地方制度法」，取消正副議長選舉的「不記名投票」規定，立法院內政委員會排定明日審查。

依現行地方制度法規定，直轄市議會、縣市議會、鄉鎮市民代表會正副議長、主席選舉，由議員、代表以無記名投票互選。

內政部官員說，現行法令規定不得亮票，有違法疑慮檢調已展開偵辦。

至於是否修法？官員表示，目前無既定立場，尊重立法院共識。
