關於新一代學生悠遊卡

最近我收到了1張1000元的新一代學生悠遊卡
但我基本上完全用不到.所以想把餘額退出來
我看了說明書.好像要記名.不記名會變回普通卡??
不過我不打算記名.

我想請問要怎麼把餘額退出來?
我到網上查要到捷運站才能退.但我這附近只有高鐵站(嘉義區)
那還能去哪裡退?
