《BBC》報導，國際貨幣基金組織 IMF 同意貸款 170.5 億美元給烏克蘭，促進烏國經濟成長與改革。

IMF 主席拉加德表示，這個貸款計畫可能帶給烏克蘭重大改變，將讓烏克蘭經濟有機會成長。計畫內容相當實際，只要徹底執行，烏克蘭就有機會擺脫困境。

不過烏克蘭首相表示，貸款條件包括許多嚴苛的改革要求，其中包括打擊貪腐、整頓能源產業、減少國家預算開銷、裁撤公務員等，需要相當長一段時間。

烏克蘭首相補充道，如果俄國能夠停止侵略烏克蘭，那麼在 IMF 貸款協助下，烏克蘭經濟可望從2016年開始成長。
