卡尼爾冰河泉保濕精華(綠色外包裝)使用前要先擦化妝水嗎?

還是洗完臉後直接擦臉呢?

另外有一罐藍色外包裝
寫的是"一瓶抵3瓶(化妝水和乳液和保濕精華)"
那個用起來效果好嗎
味道好聞嗎?

還有一罐粉紅外包裝.(適用敏感性肌膚)
味道不知好不好聞

到底要買哪一個好呢?

我該用三合一的保濕精華(藍色的外包裝)嗎?

請問正確又有效的的保養步驟
和其他產品建議(包括化妝水和乳液)?
