台哥大申請SIM卡一問

厄...小弟最近手機被學校沒收
要2個半月才能領回
但是跟家人聯繫一定要用手機
剛好家裡有之備份機
想去申請張新的SIM卡

剛剛上台哥大的網站申請補發
他說我未滿18要法定代理人打電話申請
不過我不想讓家人知道我手機被沒收

如果我自己拿身分證跟健保卡去門市辦也要18歲嗎?
還有 4G的卡有 micro SIM嗎?
