縫雙眼皮是否要公開？

我有去縫雙眼皮，原本的眼睛是一隻有點雙另一隻內雙（看起來幾乎像單眼皮），整體是有一點大小眼。去縫了雙眼皮後兩眼變得均衡得多，且看起還很自然，不說的話，不熟的人不知道這是縫的以為是天生...。
於是我在想，有做雙眼皮這件事要公開給大家知道嗎？
希望有做過類似整型的人能分享自己的經驗....

公開的好處？壞處？
不公開的好處？壞處？
選擇性公開？怎麼做好呢？
