扯！依法士官不能禁閉　洪仲丘是枉死

陸軍下士洪仲丘只剩下1周就要退伍，卻被關禁閉操死，懲處層級到上將，媒體報導根據「陸海空軍懲罰法」規定，士官懲罰項目中根本不能「關禁閉」，亦即洪仲丘根本就是枉死。

《聯合晚報》報導，依「陸海空軍懲罰法」第6條明載，士官懲罰種類有7項「管訓、降級、記過、罰薪、悔過 、罰勤、申誡」，根本沒有禁閉這項，從旅部連長、輔導長而至旅長，枉顧此項禁閉令明顯違法。
