標題[問題] 離職日與發年終日同天

近日我提了離職，但似乎人事組還不知道 因為要出國，所以跟主管說我只能做到出國前一天 原本聽說是我離職前發年終 沒想到今天正式公告出來，是我離職當天發 於是我主管跟我說 「如果人事組來問你離職的事，你就說已經跟我講了， 但還沒確定，因為怕你直接講確定了會拿不到年終」 可是！ 我必須在離職前10天提出申請(我提前將近一個月就說了) 所以我有三個疑問，因為是第一份工作所以不知道相關規章哪裡可以查詢... 公司的現有工作規章未提及這些事 1. 離職日跟發年終日同一天，會因為認定我離職就不發嗎？ 2. 離職日比發年終日早三天，會拿不到年終嗎？ 3. 如果我告訴人事組"我提離職了，但還沒確定"，是否也會影響到我拿離職單的時間？ 麻煩大家了，謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.146.56.138
