台中BRT 明天起開放試乘

台中快捷巴士BRT藍線，從火車站到靜宜大學路段，明天起(二十八號)，開放民眾試乘，依規定，除了BRT車輛及執勤中的消防車、救護車、警備車及工程救險車外，一般車輛禁止走BRT專用道，請駕駛注意，以免違規受罰。

市府交通局表示，針對BRT專用道，警局已訂定違規行駛BRT快捷巴士專用道加強執法實施計畫，六月二十八號到七月二十七號，是勸導期，原則上，以勸導代替舉發，但對屢勸不聽及惡意違規的車輛，將直接取締。七月二十八號以後，則依法取締開單。

交通局表示，依道路交通管理處罰條例規定，一般車輛違規行駛大眾運輸專用道，可處九百元以上、一千八百元以下罰鍰。
