新筆電跑很慢，還常斷線

如題，我在9/6號買了台ASUS X550CC第三代
但打開後寫說他是X550VC I5
規格也偏向VC

但這台不知道為什麼跑任何的網頁都很慢
還常常連線連到一半就自己斷掉要手動重新連
還常常斷掉後連不回去
看了下網路卡卻說一切正常
同樣的網路我用我的舊電腦就很順

想詢問說原因跟該不該退貨...所以希望能在退貨期限前回答我謝謝大家QQ
