台南副議長被訴民進黨移送廉政會

民主進步黨發言人鄭運鵬今天說，台南市副議長郭信良涉收款護航環評案被起訴，民進黨將依黨章規定，移送廉政委員會處理。

台南市副議長郭信良涉嫌打包票疏通官田鋼鐵環評案，南檢今天偵結，環評案依貪污罪起訴。

鄭運鵬隨即透過新聞稿指出，民進黨向來期待檢方毋枉毋縱、公正辦案，郭信良是民進黨籍，依黨章規定，將移送廉政委員會處理。

鄭運鵬說，民進黨廉政委員會將於本週三（28日)開會，將盡速處理郭信良案，而依據廉政條例規定，黨員違反廉政行為得為停權及最重除名處分。
