歐洲兒童7歲開始上網　日花88分鐘

歐盟一項調查指出，歐洲兒童平均7歲開始上網，上網的時間可能比和父母、朋友在一起的時間還多。　　

歐盟在網路安全日公佈的資料顯示，歐洲兒童平均7歲開始上網，9歲到16歲的孩子，平均每天花88分鐘上網，上網時間有時比和父母、朋友在一起的時間還多。　　

歐盟指出，不管是兒童或青少年的父母、學校的教育者、網路業者、立法者或政治人物，都有責任打造一個對青少年和兒童而言，更好、更安全的網路世界，讓他們免於遭到網路上違法與有害內容的傷害。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
