【動新聞】藥洗私處性侵　　推拿師判2年

嘉義1名鄧姓推拿師（69歲）3年前為婦人推拿時，趁機性侵得，昨遭判2年徒刑定讞。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，鄧男竟以手指將膏狀「藥洗（推拿用藥）」塗沫被害人私處，隨即脫褲性侵得逞，婦人以為是鄧男賣力推拿的方式，還請他吃蜂蜜蛋糕，但回家後越想越不對，問朋友後才驚覺被性侵，報案後還自責太好欺負。鄧男挨告性侵後辯稱不舉，但醫院鑑定他還行，最高法院根據相關事證，昨依利用權勢性交罪判鄧男2年徒刑定讞。（胡治言／綜合報導）
