GTA5配備建議問題

以下是我的電腦配備:
主機板To Be Filled By O.E.M.
處理器Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3210 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
記憶體8192MB RAM
顯示卡AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

這樣的配備玩gta5好像無法特效全開
如果要有辦法剛好跑的順
請問需要升級什麼配備?價位多少?有多少選擇?可以給多點選項
如果顯示卡夠處理器不夠是不是也不能?
希望可以解釋的稍稍清楚一點~
基本上預算不高所以能剛好或好一點就好
