標題[問題] 公司通知錄取又取消

原本己經接到A公司的錄取通知，後來B公司也打電話來通知錄取，經過衡量後決定去B公 司，於是推掉A公司的通知，結果一個星期後B公司打電話來說因為公司內部的問題，後來 沒有要新增職務，使得我A公司的工作也沒有。目前已經有寄存證信函給B公司想爭取該有 的權益，手中有的證據有： A公司：寄發e-mail通知錄知信函(內有勞動契約及薪資數目) B公司：人事課長承認是公司內部問題導致無法新增職務的錄音檔 (但是現在他們咬定他們公司還沒有發e-mail告知錄取不算完成錄取) 想請教廣大的鄉民們，如果走到法院程序，我勝訴的機會有多高？ 再者我還可以有那些救濟方法呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.143.242.123
