現職公司 新公司 人數 8~10 　　　 　 200UP 職稱 助理(甚麼都處理的助理) 佳X寶專櫃 福利 初一十五有吃不完的糖果 贈品很多..? 加班 沒加過 還沒進去不清楚 薪資 25K(無法加薪) 18K+出勤5K (滿半年加2000、滿一年再加1000) 三節 禮品+$100 禮品+購物金 通勤 走路五分鐘 騎車30分 時間 早八晚六 13-21(但可以提早走) 休假 周休二日、遇紅就休 多則七天少則四天(看節日決定) 想離職原因: 再現職公司目前還未待滿一年，但卻是充滿衝動想要離職， 因為現階段雖是甚麼都有接觸一點一點而已 但是始終覺得自己再這樣下去會沒有前途， 因為公司小，這個職位無法升遷，再上去就老闆了， 也不會有多餘的獎金，所以自己一直在想是否要換一份工作.. 再加上自己真的還很年輕，不確定自己那麼早就在養老對嗎.. 請各位幫忙幫忙!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.230.120.170 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1399452694.A.EC5.html
