烏克蘭將對公務員行忠誠測試 鑑別腐敗

烏克蘭16日通過一項新法，將對烏克蘭100萬公務員進行新政府效忠度的甄別，以鑑別並清除腐敗官員。

烏克蘭總理亞琛紐克說，在前總統亞努科維奇政府時期就職的所有公務員都要進行甄別。自今年二月亞努科維奇被推翻後，烏克蘭經歷了持續的動蕩，尤以前一陣子烏克蘭政府軍與親俄民兵的衝突死傷最烈。

16日，一位被認為是親俄的烏克蘭議員被民眾仍進了議會大廈外的一個垃圾箱，顯示人民對於官員腐敗與不忠的反感。當地媒體報導，許多烏克蘭人都十分關注這次的忠誠甄別，因為他們希望政府能清除亞努科維奇的勢力。
