俄外長：烏克蘭中立是俄國關切的基本問題

俄國外交部長拉夫洛夫13日說，烏克蘭的中立地位是俄國關切的「基本問題」，烏克蘭向西方靠攏是在挑撥俄國與歐洲關係。烏克蘭政府上個月把修法草案送交國會，打算取消烏克蘭的中立地位，爭取加入北約。
