醫照X光未檢視　癌嬤化療枉死

三軍總醫院血液腫瘤科主治醫師戴明燊（音同深），去年為罹患肺腺癌的老婦治療，遭指控照了胸部X光後卻未檢視X光片，就注射化療藥物，老婦當天肺部感染突昏迷，一個多月後往生。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，熊姓老婦的家屬投訴，去年6月17日，她因咳嗽發燒掛門診，戴幫熊婦照了胸部Ｘ光後，未調出片子察看肺部感染狀況，直接讓她注射肺腺癌化療藥物，雖補打廣效性抗生素治療，但當晚熊婦陷入昏迷。家屬痛斥：「醫療草率！」怒告醫師業務過失致死等罪。據三總治療說明會會議紀錄，戴坦承「我犯了一個很大的錯誤」，院方也認為戴明燊、執行化療的血液腫瘤科住院醫師陳軍廷有疏失須負全責。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
