毆警致死案 檢提訊主嫌劉芯彤

台北地檢署偵辦北巿刑警薛貞國遭圍毆致死案，今天上午提訊在押主嫌劉芯彤，釐清案發經過。

檢方昨天提訊富少曾威豪，訊後還押台北看守所。

富少曾威豪及女友劉芯彤今年9月間在台北市信義區夜店SPARK發生消費糾紛，事後涉嫌教唆幫派分子蕭叡鴻找多名小弟到夜店討公道，休假中的薛貞國得知消息前住夜店後，卻遭蕭叡鴻等人以紅龍柱砸頭致死。

檢警目前已傳訊逾60人到案，其中曾威豪、劉芯彤、蕭叡鴻及易寶宏等17人遭收押；檢察官今天首次提訊劉芯彤，釐清案情。
