想還朋友錢但是找不到他怎麼辦?

之前跟朋友借的一萬元他找我要錢但我手機壞掉了

現在我手機修好了卻找不到他

請問我該如何找到我朋友還他錢??

住家電話照片我都沒有

我唯一所剩的線索只有

他家鄉在新竹縣的竹東

還有一隻他的手機號碼

不過現在停掉了....

有啥方法可以找到人呢??
