大學開始就深為脂漏性皮膚炎所苦，時好時壞，發作起來兩邊鼻翼又油又癢，還會有黃色 的油垢，這一年來已經穩定很多所以分享給有脂漏性的朋友我用的保養+防曬心得希望大 家可以讓這討厭的小東西退散XD (補充我自己的膚質: 兩頰較乾，T字很油尤其是鼻子) 前年在澳洲住了一年，可能因為當地比較乾燥(?)，於是靠著專科化妝水+洗面乳+防曬白 瓶平 安無事的度過一整年。 回台灣之前，在澳洲趁茱麗寇特價(台灣的1/4價格你沒看錯)買了美白系列的set，一開始 也相安 無事，工作壓力變大後就對爆發起來皮膚炎一點辦法也沒有，去看了皮膚科，醫生說體質 跟生活習慣還是佔了很大因素，也順便教我一個小偏方，就是每天用海倫仙X絲搓一點泡 泡覆蓋在發作的地方約5分鐘再沖掉，我自己連續試了真的有用!! (好像是因為裡面有個 蝦米碗糕的成分可以抑制我也不清楚) 於是我又開始尋找適合的保養品，目前最喜歡的組合是: 洗臉: 珂潤或露得清無香精款。 化妝水: 珂潤 II。 乳液: 珂潤或史帝富潔美淨活膚露。 加上養成慢跑的運動習慣，所以目前穩定很多了(灑花) 防曬分享: 用了很油膩不舒服的有: 專科BB雙，珂潤spf25，Olay清透隔離spf30。 用了沒事的有: 曼秀雷敦金蓋，Biore防曬保濕水凝露spf30 使用中也會回購的:?
